"In order for someone to make any type of considerable transition in life, there are always steps that must be taken; those steps are different for different people. Often times these are simple steps, while some are quite complex and take a great deal of preparation. Careful consideration, thoughtful planning and a little push from someone holding you accountable is always a plus.
